June 20th-21st: ToonFusion Raleigh

Event Details

For this pop up, we will be partnering with ToonFusion Raleigh on June 20th and 21st! Come enjoy the activities and vendors offered at the convention, and make sure stop by the maid cafe booth to recharge with snacks, drinks, and enjoy the entertainment provided by Galaxy Dreams! 

Please note all maid cafe patrons must have a separate ToonFusion Raleigh 2026 ticket (can be purchased at the door) to participate. You can learn more about the host event here. ToonFusion Raleigh will be hosted at the NC State Fairgrounds in Raleigh, NC. Our placement at the venue is TBD.

We will be offering these session times each day at the convention:

11:00am-12:00pm

12:20pm-1:20pm

1:40pm-2:40pm

3:00pm-4:00pm

We will also have a general booth open to sell merchandise and in-person ticket sales separate from the maid cafe experience from 10am-5pm.

One ticket into the event includes: a seating for your selected 60 minute session, tea service, entertainment provided by Maid Cafe staff via tabletop games and performances, a snack and a picture with your Maid on your own device. We have Memento (Chekki) Polaroids available, as well as merch and other fun items you can take home at additional cost! More snacks and special drinks can be added on for additional cost.

Event Menu

Our menu changes with the season, and with what the venue allows us to serve. For this event, we will be serving:

Drinks (Incl w ticket)

• Iced Tea! We will have a variety of flavors available - you can try them all or stick to one you like best, up to you!
  
• We will also have sweeteners and cream pods available to make your drink how you like it! :)

Snacks (pick one) (Incl w ticket)

• Bunny cookie plates (oreos, Milano cookies, pocky sticks, and chocolate chips made to look like a bunny)
• Galaxy Dreams Chocopie plate (chocolate or matcha chocopie plated with whipped cream and sprinkles made to look like a moon & sparkly clouds)

Special Drink and Snack Add-Ons

• ($7) Ice Cream Soda Float (tall cup with orange soda or cherry cola soda, vanilla ice cream, and a cherry on top)
• ($10) Neko Parfait (cup with two scoops vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate chips, cinnamon sprinkle, cinnamon sugar cereal made to look like a cat) 
• ($5) "Bear" Chocolate cake slice, topped with oreos, whipped cream, and chocolate chips made to look like a Bear.

Able to serve our menu as supplies last. Some menu items may sell out quickly.

We will try to accommodate the most common dietary restrictions, but aren't always able to. Thus, snacks are optional for this event to add on. Most snack items are not sugar free or gluten free. 

Our event is child-friendly! Please be mindful that while many of our events are child-friendly, they are not catered for children as most of our patrons are adults. Children two years old or older must have their own ticket and sit in their own seat. Children under two years old are free with their parent or guardian's ticket and may either sit in their parent's lap or sit in a stroller next to the parent's seat. We do not provide high chairs. If you have a child three or younger, we recommend you bring a toy or activity that can keep them occupied at the table. We do offer coloring sheets and a magnet play board for children, but these aren't always suitable for toddlers and infants. 

Due to limited seating, we reserve the right to seat you with other parties if the table is not full. Tables typically seat up to 4-8 guests each, but may vary depending on the event.

We encourage our guests to have fun dressing up at our events in either Japanese fashion dresses, semi-formal, or cosplay, although casualwear is okay!

Please arrive 5 minutes early to park and check in for your session! We will start on time, and will not wait for those who are late. When checking in, simply let us know your party name and how many are in your party - we'll check you in!

Gratuity Policy

Our staff would appreciate tips! If you feel our staff has performed well and would like to tip them, you may cash tip or send their tip to our PayPal along with a note of whom the tip is for so they can receive it. We do not allow staff to share their personal information for their own safety and privacy. Thank you!

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable within 3 days of an event. Add-on items are refundable. 

Can’t make it to an event, or the time doesn’t work out?

If you let us know at least 3 or more days before the event, then you can get a full refund to the original method of payment. Cancellations within 3 days of the event are non refundable for tickets, but you may get add-on items refunded. We do count the event day with our 3 day policy.

Refunds may take between 1-7 days to deposit to your account depending on your bank's processing times and it's opening hours. Please be mindful it may take longer during holidays.

You may give your tickets to a friend, simply forward your ticket email receipt to the intended recipient. 

Exceptions to this policy:

If your ticket is for is a multi-day and multi-session event such as a convention or festival, we may be able to transfer your ticket to another available day/time slot. Just let us know if that’s what you prefer

If the event has been cancelled, we will give full refunds to everyone for that event minus the credit card processing fees, or if an event is rescheduled we will reach out via email to confirm if you would like to go to the new event date before issuing a refund.
