Refund policy
Refunds for Event Tickets:
Can’t make it to an event, or the time doesn’t work out?
If you let us know at least 7 days before the event, then you can get a full refund to the original method of payment. If you have to cancel between 6 and 3 days before your event, then you can receive a partial refund (50%). Cancellations within 3 days of the event are non refundable. This is because our catering and materials are typically already ordered within 3 days of an event, and to respect the time of our staff who expect to serve a certain amount of pre-registered guests. Refunds may take between 1-7 days to deposit to your account depending on your bank's processing times and it's opening hours. Please be mindful it may take longer during holidays and weekends.
Exceptions to this policy:
If you pre-ordered a merch item, you may be able to be refunded for your add-on merch and chekkis.
If your ticket is for is a multi-day and multi-session event such as a convention or festival, we may be able to transfer your ticket to another available day/time slot. Just let us know if that’s what you prefer.
If the event has been cancelled, we will give full refunds to everyone for that event minus the credit card processing fees & taxes, or if an event is rescheduled we will reach out via email to confirm if you would like to go to the new event date or if you'll need to cancel we can issue a full refund minus credit card processing fees & taxes.\
Refunds for Online-Only Merch:
There are currently no refunds for online-only merch as all items go through Gelato, our drop shipping partner. Because we do not manufacture or ship the items, we will not be held liable for any items that arrive damaged.
Issues with online-only orders should be reported to Gelato, and any damaged items where the reason is clearly mishandling of your package by the courier should be reported to the courier.
